Can you help us create our own Legal & General mental health campaign?

Today we're asking you for your suggestions for a mental health idea or theme that we can then turn into a new creative campaign that can be used to promote all our mental wellbeing at Legal & General. For example the Time to Talk campaign by Time to Change is a great idea to encourage people to take time out of their day to talk to friends and colleagues and share any concerns and issues they may have.

Our Every Day Matters is another example that describes what our we do as a business for our customers

What are your thoughts – why not brainstorm ideas at your next team meeting or with a friend?

If you've a good idea for a campaign including a catchy name, that will help us to promote good mental health in Legal & General, please email your ideas with brief details to: MyWellbeing@landg.com by Friday, 4 March.

The winning idea will be voted for by colleagues and the winner will then have their idea develop by a creative agency for use on posters and other marketing and promotional material.

By choosing to take action and speak about mental health, we're all part of a movement that is improving mental health awareness in the workplace.

We want everyone who works here to feel they can be open about their mental health, and ask for support if they need it. Available to you 24/7 is our Employee Assistance Programme - a free, confidential helpline for all employees, offering information and support on a wide range of subjects from work to home life.
